The first step is speaking with your state-certified practitioner about whether the medical use of cannabis is appropriate for your condition. Your practitioner will issue you a certification if medical cannabis is right for you.
After your certification is received some states allow patients to purchase directly from in-state dispensaries with your certification and government-issued photo identification. However, in some states, you will have to apply for a Patient Registry Card and additional state fees may apply. Contact us with any state-specific questions.
Some states require medical cannabis patients to register with the Board of Pharmacy, and some states do not. However, if you want a physical medical cannabis card or want reciprocity in another state, you will need to complete a state application and pay your state fee. We can help with the process. Please contact us with any questions.
