Schedule your appointment

Complete your evaluation

During the evaluation, the doctor will review your medical conditions, complete the MMJ Certification, and address any questions you may have regarding the diagnosis, treatment, or certification process. If you meet the qualifying criteria, the doctor will email you the Oklahoma Medical Cannabis Certification.

Register with the State

Once your evaluation is complete in Oklahoma, your doctor will register you with the Oklahoma DOH. You will register with the DOH, and submit the Certificate provided.

Get your Card

Once your registration is complete in Oklahoma, the state will notify you of your approval and mail your card within 2 weeks. Oklahoma patients need to re-certify every 2 years with a state licensed physician.
