If you meet the qualifying criteria, the doctor will fax patient certifications directly to the dispensary of your choice.

Get your Card

Once your evaluation is complete Louisiana, the state does not require patients to register or receive a medical marijuana card. The recommendation serves as proof of the patient’s eligibility. When you go to your dispensary, staff will verify your recommendation in the database. Please note that prescriptions need to be refilled every 90 days, and our physicians can assist with this.
